HOW MUCH DOES CAREER CATALYST COST FOR INDIVIDUALS?
The cost for three online video modules and downloadable worksheets is $247 for individuals.
HOW MUCH DOES CAREER CATALYST COST FOR LEADERS/TEAMS?
The cost for three online video modules and downloadable worksheets for leaders/teams is $497 for 2-10 participants and $997 for 11-20 members. Both options include a manager’s guide to help you facilitate a half-day event and ongoing meaningful engagement.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE CAREER CATALYST ONLINE PROGRAM?
Divided into three modules that are each 20-25 minutes long, Career Catalyst takes three to four hours for participants to both watch and work through the accompanying masterclass workbook pages.
ARE THERE FOLLOW-UP OPTIONS AFTER TAKING THE PROGRAM?
Yes, for individuals who have completed Career Catalyst, we offer 6 months and 12 months of career coaching with one of our career success experts. Learn more.

I’VE NEVER HAD A COACH BEFORE…WHAT DOES A COACHING RELATIONSHIP LOOK LIKE?
We truly partner with our clients in any of our three coaching programs. We have a process that will be explained upfront and we will guide you through that process during the duration of your program. Whether you are in transition, unhappy and looking for something different than your current role, or happy in your current company but desiring a career path or to do something differently in that organization, we will take a strategic approach to identifying who you are at your best professionally, where you want to go and how to best get there. Every situation, person and journey is different, but our proven coaching process and programs work for all.
I think I want to do something different… can you help me figure that out?
The short answer is yes. We have worked on every kind of career situation in our 50+ collective years, including countless career changes or career shifts. And every member of The Bauke Group team has made a career change at one time, so we have firsthand experience too. We will identify and explore options and possibilities with you. We will be aspirational but will also be understanding of and consider your reality right now. Whatever the right answer if for you now, we can help you figure that out and engage you in the process that will have you on your way to realizing it.
Do you utilize assessments?
Assessing you, your situation, your objectives and desires is all part of our coaching process, and part of our value leveraging our extensive experience, instinct and skill. Our inventory consists of Meyers Briggs, DISC, CliftonStrengths, StrengthFinders, Enneagram etc.
Will you help with contacts/networking?
Networking is an integral part of any work we do with any client, and we believe is an important discipline to be practiced throughout your entire career. We will teach you how to network with purpose and for mutual benefit. We take a strategic approach to building an actionable contacts list and to networking execution. We want you to be successful in this process, and so any introductions we can facilitate with people we know can be helpful we will make happen. But we will also help you identify people you know who can be helpful and build your contactslist together. We can’t network for you, but we will coach you on how to do it strategically, effectively, painlessly and successfully.
